Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My experience was fabulous. We had never had water mitigation work done before and we were very stressed until they arrived. They were prompt, polite, sympathetic and professional. Their team worked continuously until everything was moved out of the affected rooms, water was removed, baseboards carefully removed (we will be able to use the baseboards when project is finished), wet carped and padding removed and walls drilled for drying. Before they left they had hoses hooked up to dry walls and all of their machines were working. They returned at designated times daily to check on everything and adjusted as necessary. They got us through the stress of the mess that we had come home to!! WONDERFUL WORKING WITH CAMELOT.
