Living near the beach side of town and feeling the remnants of Hurricane Ian, there was water coming into my condo one weekend. CT Stormwater sent Frank out to come assess the situation. He was extremely professional, within the hour detected the issue, came up with a plan to resolve the problem, Frank laid out a detailed solution for me to review and sign off on. I am always impressed by business owners that take that extra step to explain the corrective action in detail for what needs to be done. CT Stormwater, thank you once again for the stellar service!
