Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Haven't had the unit installed yet, but our service technician Josh Adkins was awesome, he explained everything in ways I understood, he was honest about the products he was selling, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The prices can't be beat. He took the time to make sure we got the very best deal. And was able to have our unit installed as soon as tomorrow. 10/10 recommend.
