Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Dean Chipps of Innovative Restorations sat at my dining room table for 3 hours designing our new walk-in shower. He was very careful to show me all the options. The guys took 2 days to install the shower, including leaving the bathroom clean and completely cleaning up after themselves in the garage that they used as their workspace. Our shower is beautiful and I’m really glad I went for exactly what I wanted.
