Mark was such a pleasure to work with. My ceiling was leaking due to AC issues and he was so responsive, came out within hours of my phone call. He explained all details of the service and what he was doing. Kept the work area clean and he even cleaned up some foot traffic mess on my stairs. He is very professional and knowledgeable and a genuine person to work with. I am selling my home and needless to say water damage is not desirable for a buyer but using Ready Flood Restoration was the way to go as it gave me and potential buyers piece of mind there is no existing damage in the ceiling.
